FMM joins HR leaders to share insights and celebrate progress in HR

FMM participated in the second annual Qatar HR Leaders Club event organized by SAP SuccessFactors, bringing together top HR professionals to exchange ideas and celebrate transformation in people management.

Representing FMM were Patrick Isac, Senior HR Manager, and Arshad Khan, SAP Specialist—both instrumental in driving agile and people-focused initiatives across our workforce of over 4,600.

The event served as a valuable platform to reflect on FMM’s HR journey, share experiences, and learn from peers on empowering teams through digital tools and empathetic leadership.
