FMM’S main objective is to create a positive impact on both the company and the wider society by helping to build a more skilled and knowledgeable workforce and promoting social mobility.

FMM promotes the idea that individuals or students will have greater opportunities to improve their socioeconomic status through education, hard work, and talent, regardless of their social background.

On yearly basis, FMM is setting up an internship program with two of the renowned local universities: Qatar University (QU) and Texas A&M University at Qatar (TAMUQ).

FMM continuously support QU engineering students by providing them the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the day-to-day operations of our organization. We believe that it is vital to create framework agreements between companies and universities to facilitate the integration of students to the workplace.

Similarly, FMM works with TAMUQ to receive engineering students for its Internship Program. Interns were placed on several FMM project locations for two months during which they gained actual knowledge of Integrated Facility Management services.
