FMM and Siemens Sign Strategic MOU for Sustainable Innovation

FMM has entered into a strategic partnership with Siemens through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the first collaboration between the two companies. The agreement, led by CEO Eng. Irene Vidal, aims to advance sustainability, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and asset performance through integrated energy solutions.

Present at the signing were Koldo Aimar Colorado, FMM Chief Operating Officer, and Tarek Dowidar, Senior Vice President – Smart Infrastructure Buildings, Siemens. The partnership is expected to enhance FMM’s service offerings and market position by leveraging Siemens’ technology and expertise. In turn, Siemens will benefit from expanded market access and the opportunity to showcase its innovations in real-world applications.
