FMM Completes Internship Program 2025

Empowering Qatar’s Future Engineers

FMM is proud to conclude the 2025 Internship Program delivered in collaboration with Qatar University College of Engineering, a six-week journey that brought academic learning to life and opened new pathways for aspiring engineers.

Throughout the program, students immersed themselves in real projects across FMM’s operations, gaining hands on experience, technical skills, and a true understanding of the role facilities management plays in sustaining Qatar’s critical infrastructure.

Beyond the workplace exposure, the program created an environment of mentorship, curiosity, and growth, where students could ask, explore, and challenge themselves, helping them bridge the gap between theory and practice and giving them the confidence to navigate their next career steps.

This initiative reflects one of FMM’s core commitments: Investing in People.
