FMM Renews BICSc Accreditation, Strengthening Commitment to Excellence in Training

FMM celebrates continued investment in people and industry-leading cleaning standards

FMM has once again earned recognition as a BICSc Accredited Training Member, reaffirming its commitment to the highest standards in cleaning and hygiene across the facilities management sector. This achievement highlights the company’s dedication to professional excellence and continuous development.

The re-accreditation marks a significant step in FMM’s learning journey, strongly supported by Chief Operating Officer Koldo Aimar Colorado Larrabe and Senior HR Manager Patrick Ishac, who continue to champion people-first development strategies.

Four new BICSc-certified Assessors were recognized as part of this milestone: Rachel Njeri Wanja, Lufthansa Maimika Johnson, Suresh Kumar Adhikari, and Eldhose P. George.

Behind this success is the direction of Mohamed Habib Boukadida, FMM’s Learning and Development Lead, whose guidance was instrumental in achieving re-accreditation and maintaining the company’s high training standards.
