FMM Workforce Development Program Activated

At FMM, learning never stops!

Our Soft Services team recently participated in an intensive, hands-on training on advanced floor care applications, conducted in collaboration with one of our leading global training partners.

Held at our new FMM Training Center, the session explored the science behind professional cleaning, from understanding chemical interactions and flooring types to mastering safe, efficient maintenance techniques. Participants practiced the treatment and restoration of various surfaces using sustainable methods such as bonnet pads and spray extraction.

Our new training center spans 283 square meters, accommodating up to 25 trainees. It features multiple flooring types, including granite, marble, carpet, vinyl, and wood, to replicate diverse cleaning environments. A dedicated restroom simulation area allows hands-on janitorial training focused on proper cleaning, sanitization, and safety procedures using the correct tools and PPE.

This initiative is part of our ongoing Workforce Development Program, reinforcing FMM’s commitment to upskilling our people and setting new benchmarks in operational excellence, a commitment recently recognized with a Highly Commended Award at the 2025 MEFMA Awards
