FMM delivers hard FM services with 24×7 operation since 2018. Our service delivery model includes the following services: maintenance of all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electricity systems, maintenance of fire fighting and alarm systems, 24/7 FRC, façade structure, roof and silicone joints survey and repair, architectural modelling integration to the CMMS software, landscaping of the museums garden, cleaning of the sea lagoon and maintenance of the water features.
