Shifa Shaji, our Area Supervisor at the Hamad International Airport project, has been named to the Clean Middle East Women Power List 2026, celebrating women who are advancing soft FM services across the region.

Shifa has developed a strong operational background, focusing on service quality, coordination, and adherence to hygiene standards. Her role involves managing daily activities and supporting teams in one of Qatar’s busiest environments.

She is known for promoting consistent service levels across multiple sites and for creating a supportive, collaborative work culture. Shifa also champions the development of women in the industry. She encourages newcomers to stay confident, remain resilient, and continue learning.
