Beach Cleaning and Mangrove Planting
FMM organized an Environmental Family Day for over 100 employees and families at Flowers Each Spring Camp in Ras Matbakh. The day involved mangrove planting, beach cleaning, and awareness workshops.
Concept:
- Engage employees and their families in environmental conservation activities, fostering a sense of community and responsibility towards nature
- Promote sustainable practices and inspire participants to adopt eco-friendly habits in their daily lives
Objectives:
- Remove litter and debris from the beach, improving the local ecosystem
- Plant mangroves, enhancing coastal resilience and biodiversity
- Educate participants on the importance of environmental stewardship through interactive workshops
Outcomes:
- Over 1 ton of trash removed
- 100 mangroves planted
- Increased awareness and knowledge about environmental conservation among participants
