Shafallah Work Experience Program
FMM partnered with Al Shafallah to offer one-month work experience for young disabled people aged 16-21. This program provides practical work experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Concept:
- Provide young disabled people with valuable work experience in a real-world environment
- Support Al Shafallah’s mission in promoting the integration and empowerment of individuals with disabilities
Objectives:
- To facilitate viable integration of young disabled individuals into a working environment
- To boost their motivation and independence through hands-on experience
- To promote flexibility and tolerance within the workplace
Outcomes:
- A total of 6 participants involved in the program
- Successful reconduction of the partnership with Al Shafallah since 2019
- Enhanced skills and confidence among the participants, contributing to their personal and professional growth
