Internship Program
FMM has been offering paid internships to students from Qatar University since 2019. This initiative supports students’ education and provides them with practical work experience in the facilities management industry.
Concept:
- To offer a paid internship program that supports students for three months, providing them with hands-on industry experience
Objectives:
- Support students’ learning by providing practical work experience
- Identify and nurture new talents for the future of the facilities management industry
Outcomes:
- More than 47 students enrolled in the internship program
- FMM recognized as an Employer of Choice by Qatar University in 2022
